Investment Objectives Private fund is a form of investment under which clients authorize a management company to manage the investment for them in accordance with the objectives and restrictions stipulated by the clients as well as their risk tolerance.
Types of Investors The types of investors eligible to use private fund service are as follows:
Individual or Group of Persons A private fund of a group of persons must consist of the minimum of two persons and the maximum of nine persons, whom must be Thai nationals in the entirety or non-Thai nationals in the entirety.
Juristic EntityLimited companies, insurance companies including certain organizations such as foundations, educational institutes, hospitals, cooperatives, etc.
