Announcement of the Launch and Waive Front-End Fee of K STAR Equity Fund-I for Institutional Investors

Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K STAR Equity Fund (K-STAR), kindly notifies that K STAR Equity Fund-I(D) will be launched on November 1, 2019 and the subscription price on such day will be equal to subscription price of K STAR Equity Fund-A(R) as a base price used for investment unit calculation. K STAR Equity Fund-I(D) is offered for juristic and institutional investors who seek earning from dividend payout.

In this regard, the Management Company will waive front-end fee of K STAR Equity Fund-I(D) for subscription orders valued from 200 MB and up during November 1 – 7, 2019.
