Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Management Company”), as the manager of K Guarantee Step-up B Fund (K-GSTEPB), would like to notify unitholders that K-GSTEPB’s Net Asset Value (NAV) as of September 17, 2025, was 412,527,090.48​​​ Baht, which had fallen below 750,000,000 Baht for three consecutive business days. The Management Company intends to dissolve K-GSTEPB in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the fund’s commitment.

The Management Company will suspend the acceptance of redemption orders for K-GSTEPB starting from September 22, 2025, and will subsequently proceed with the dissolution process. The redemption value that unitholders will receive through the automatic redemption is at least equal to the subscription price during the initial public offering period.
