Financial Support for CAC Declaration of Intent Fees for Business Partners
We, Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited, are committed to conducting business in accordance with the principles of good governance, transparency, and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of corruption. We also strive to promote these principles among our business partners throughout the value chain.
Benefits
• We encourage our business partners to declare their intention to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (Thai CAC), demonstrating their commitment to conducting business ethically and transparently, with no tolerance for any form of fraud or corruption.
• We will provide financial support in the amount of THB 3,000 per business partner for the CAC declaration of intent fee, subject to a maximum total support amount of THB 20,000 per year.
Eligibility Criteria
• The applicant must be our current business partner; and
• The applicant must have completed the declaration of intent to join the CAC in 2026 or thereafter.
Application Procedure for Financial Support
• The original receipt for Thai CAC declaration of intent fee, together with a copy of the declaration of intent to join Thai CAC, signed by the Chairman of the CAC Committee and the Chairman of the Board or the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of your company, must be submitted via email to:

• We will review and approve the disbursement of financial support upon receipt of all required supporting documents, verification of the applicant’s status as our current business partner, and the confirmation from the Thai CAC that your company has successfully completed the declaration of intent process. Applications will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date on which all required documents are duly received by us. Our decision is deemed final.
