Amendment of K Positive Change Equity Fund 
and K Positive Change Equity RMF​

Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify you the amendment to the fund project of K Positive Change Equity Fund (K-CHANGE) and K Positive Change Equity RMF (KCHANGERMF). The amendment has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to be a Sustainable and Responsible Investing Fund (SRI Fund) with an Impact Investing strategy. Such amendment shall be effective from August 7, 2023 onwards.
