Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to inform unitholders that the Management Company has obtained approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the project of K Valued Stock Fund (K-VALUE) and K Property Infrastructure Flexible Fund (K-PROPI). The amendments are intended to add a new share class and amend other relevant subjects. The amendments are summarized as follows:
1. K Valued Stock Fund (K-VALUE)
- Add Special Institutional Investor Share Class(Accumulation): K-VALUE-Z(A) is suitable for Funds under the management of the Management Company and any other juristic persons or institutional investors that the Management Company will announce and/or change in the future, who want to earn capital gains and accumulative total return.
2. K Property Infrastructure Flexible Fund (K-PROPI)
- Add Special Institutional Investor Share Class(Accumulation): K-PROPI-Z(A) is suitable for Funds under the management of the Management Company and any other juristic persons or institutional investors that the Management Company will announce and/or change in the future, who want to earn capital gains and accumulative total return.
The amendments will be effective from June 5, 2026. The Management Company will notify unitholders of the offering date of such share class in advance via www.kasikornasset.com.
