Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) requested a resolution from unitholders to amend the fund project of K Flexible Equity RMF (K-FLRMF), with the voting period from May 11 – June 12, 2026. As the unitholders who submitted the voting forms represented, in aggregate, less than one-third of the total number of investment units. As a result, the quorum requirement as prescribed by the relevant regulations was not constituted. Accordingly, the request is deemed not to have been approved by the unitholders.
Nevertheless, the Management Company is of the opinion that the proposed amendments to the fund project, particularly the change in the fund type and investment policy, including other related matters, would be beneficial to the unitholders. The Management Company therefore intends to seek a second resolution from the unitholders, with details as follows:
