KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify unitholders that the Management Company has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the Fund projects of K 70:30 Thailand ESG Extra Fund (K-70ThaiESGX), K High Dividend Stock Thailand ESG Extra Fund (K-HDThaiESGX) and K ESG Balanced 30 Fund (K-BL30) to comply with Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board, No. TorNor. 87/2558 Re: Investment of Funds. The amendments are summarized as follows:

1. Revise the wording regarding investments in listed securities with good corporate governance. 

Amended Funds: K-70ThaiESGX, K-HDThaiESGX, and K-BL30

2. Revise the wording regarding the characteristics of sustainability-related investment tokens.

Amended Funds: K-70ThaiESGX and K-HDThaiESGX

 

The amendments will be effective from November 14, 2025.
