Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify unitholders that the Management Company has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the fund project and commitment of K Select Equity Fund (K-SELECT) to create new Share Classes and as well as amendments to the fund project regarding the classification of unit classes. The details are as follows:
Dividend Share Class: (K-SELECT-A(D))
For general investors who want to receive stable income from dividends. For the unitholders who have balance of investment units before February 19, 2026, your investment units will be classified as Dividend Share Class.
Accumulation Share Class: (K-SELECT-A(A))
For general investors who want to earn capital gains and accumulative total return.
Specified Investor Share Class (Accumulation): (K-SELECT-C(A))
For investors who have been waived or reduced the fees charged to investors or unitholders, who want to earn capital gain and accumulative total return. Such as investors who are under Asset Allocation Model or Discretionary Portfolio Service including other investors that the Management Company will announce and/or change in the future. The Management Company will provide prior notice to investors of at least 3 days via the Management Company's website.
Such amendments shall be effective from February 19, 2026 onwards. The Management Company will notify unitholders prior to the offering of Accumulation Share Class and Specified Investor Share Class (Accumulation) in advance via www.kasikornasset.com.
