Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Management Company") hereby informs unitholders that the Management Company has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the fund project of K Global Equity Fund (K-GLOBE). The amendment is to revise the base management fee and the maximum management fee of the Fund to align with the actual management fee currently charged by the Fund. This is to comply with the new rules regarding the calculation and disclosure of mutual fund fees. Details are as follows:
