Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company) would like to inform unitholders that the Management Company has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the Projects of K Asia Technology Equity Fund (K-ATECH), such amendment will be effective from April 10, 2026. The key amendments are summarized as follows:
1. Amendments to update the Master Fund’s website. The investment policy remains unchanged and there is no impact on unitholders.

Such the amendments relate solely to the disclosure format as required by the SEC and do not affect the Funds' investment policies, FX hedging approaches, or the actual fee currently charged.
3. Amendments to comply with SEC Notification No. Sor Nor. 9/2564: Rules, Conditions, and Procedures for Management of Retail Funds, Mutual Funds for Accredited Investors, and Mutual Funds for Institutional Investors.
- Revision of the Rules for changes to fees or expenses.
4. Amendments to comply with Guideline No. Nor Por. 1/2562: Guidelines for the Establishment of Policies, Measures, and Operating Systems Relating to Potential Conflicts of Interest with Clients and to Proprietary Trading of the Management Company.
- Addition of provisions regarding benefits received in connection with business operations (soft/hard dollar).
In addition, the Management Company has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the Projects and Commitments in other aspects to comply with the prescribed regulations.
