Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Management Company"), as the manager of the K Flexible Equity RMF (K-FLRMF), previously requested the second resolution from unitholders to seek the approval for the amendment to the Fund's project. The voting period was from 20 July to 21 August 2026.
The Management Company completed the vote counting process on 10 September 2026. The proposed amendment was approved by unitholders representing 78.98% of the total units held by unitholders who submitted their votes and were eligible to vote. Accordingly, the unitholders of K-FLRMF are deemed to have approved the proposed amendment to the Fund project.
The Management Company subsequently submitted the amendment to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 10 September 2026. A summary of the key amendments to the Fund's project and other related matters is set out below.
