Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company) hereby informs unitholders that the Management Company has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the fund project of the K Strategic Global Multi-Asset Fund (K-SGM). The purpose of the amendment is to terminate the appointment of Lombard Odier (Hong Kong) (“LO") as the outsourced fund manager. Following the termination, the Management Company will manage the Fund directly in accordance with the Fund's existing investment policy. Other relevant provisions of the fund project and the Commitment have also been amended accordingly.

The above amendments to the fund project shall take effect from 1 December 2026 onwards.
