(the Management Company) would like to notify the unitholders that K WealthPLUS Light Fund (K-WPLIGHT), K WealthPLUS Balanced Fund (K-WPBALANCED), K WealthPLUS SpeedUp Fund (K-WPSPEEDUP) and K WealthPLUS Ultimate Fund (K-WPULTIMATE) have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the fund project and the obligations of such funds to support the offering of unit-linked product, including amendment of other relevant subjects.
Such amendments shall be effective from May 5, 2026 onwards.
