(the Management Company) would like to notify unitholders that the Management Company will seek resolutions from the unitholders of K Strategic Defensive Dividend Fund (K-SD) to amend the fund project. The amendment aims to change the fund type and investment policy, as well as other related matters. Accordingly, the Management Company hereby announces the schedule for obtaining resolutions from the unitholders as follows:
