Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the “Management Company"), as the founder and fund manager of the  
K Government Bond 6 Months DN Fund (K-GB6MDN), which was initially offered for subscription during 24 – 30 September 2026, hereby announces that subscriptions for the Fund have reached the total investment amount specified under the project prior to the end of the offering period. 

Accordingly, the Management Company hereby announces the closure of the offering of investment units of the  
K Government Bond 6 Months DN Fund (K-GB6MDN) effective 24 September 2026 at 09.17 hrs.
