Announcement of the Amendment of K India Equity Fund (K-INDIA)

          KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify you the amendment of K India Equity Fund (K-INDIA) which has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that the Benchmark of K-INDIA will be changed from MSCI India Gross TR - in USD Index to MSCI India TR Net 10/40 Index in order to comply with the Master Fund's benchmark change for better representing its investment. In this regard, the Management Company reserves the right to change benchmark as specified in the Fund Prospectus.

           Such change will take effect from July 31, 2020.
