Announcement of the Amendment of K Global ​Income Fund (K-GINCOME)

          KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) as the manager of K Global Income Fund
(K-GINCOME) would like to notify you that K-GINCOME was approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend the K-GINCOME' s fund project to allow investors to purchase the Fund's units in the form of unit-linked life policies through life insurance companies. In this regard, the amendment shall be effective from 20 August 2020 onwards.
