​​​​           According to Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as an investment manager of K Strategic Global Multi-Asset Fund (the Fund), requested the resolution from unitholders to dissolve the Fund with the period for exercising the right to vote commences from February 12 to March 13, 2024, with the Fund’s total number of investment units of 97,600,080.7945 units from 301 unitholders. The Management Company completed the resolution counting on March 20, 2024 with 59 unitholders responded, representing 30,764,274.3700 units. Regarding the responses, the resolution was voted in favor by 26,597,110.5548 units or equal to 27.25% of the total number of investment units. As a result, this resolution is not received approval to dissolve the Fund from the unitholders. However, if the Management Company wishes to request a resolution on the matter again, the Management Company will notify unitholders of the details of the resolution request schedule.​
