Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to inform investors that  the Management Company will offer additional share classes of K Thai Equity Dividend Fund (K-EQD) as follows:

1. 1. Accumulation Share Class : K-EQD-A(A), which is suitable for general investors who want to earn capital gains and accumulative total return.
2. 2. ​Tax-qualified Share Class (Accumulation) : K-EQD-T(A), which is suitable for investors who have held investment units for the period required under the tax regulations as of the end of 2024 and want to earn capital gains and accumulative total return. This share class will not be available for additional subscriptions. However, unitholders may switch their investment units from K SET50 Equity Fund-T(A) (K-S50-T(A)) or K Strategic Fixed Income Fund (K-SFIXED) into this unit class.
   
   For subscriptions and switching-in transactions mentioned above, investors may make transactions through the Management Company from 11 September 2026 onwards.
