As previously announced by Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) regarding the offering of the K SF Plus Fund-I (K-SFPLUS-I) on March 19, 2026, the Management Company hereby would like to postpone the offering of the Fund from March 24, 2026 to March 25, 2026 onward.
The Management Company will reduce the minimum initial subscription and the minimum account balance of the K-SFPLUS-I from March 25 to June 24, 2026, with details as follows.
