            Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the "Management Company") previously informed unitholders of the timetable for the fund merger. The Management Company would like to inform unitholders that the fund merger of Mid Small Cap Equity RMF (K-MSRMF) K Thai Equity CG RMF (K-THAICGRMF) into K Valued Stock RMF (K-VALUERMF) was successfully completed on 24 August 2026. Accordingly, K-MSRMF and K-THAICGRMF were terminated with effect from the same date.

            The Management Company will subsequently deliver a confirmation of unitholding status in K-VALUERMF to former unitholders of K-MSRMF and K-THAICGRMF.

            Unitholders who wish to subscribe for, redeem, or switch units of K-VALUERMF may do so from 24 August 2026 onwards. Further information regarding K-VALUERMF is available at: K-VALUERMF
