According to Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) requested the second resolutions from unitholders of the following funds regarding the proposed fund merger, with the voting period from 15 June to 17 July 2026.

Remark: In order for the merger to proceed, both the transferring fund and the receiving fund must obtain approval by a vote of not less than 75% of the total units held by unitholders who have submitted their votes and are eligible to vote.
Summary of the Resolution Results:
The Management Company has obtained approval from the unitholders to proceed with the merger of K-20SELECT, K-7030, K-GROWTH, K-EQ, K-MV and K-MS into K-EQD, and the termination of K-20SELECT, K-7030, K-GROWTH, K-EQ, K-MV and K-MS.
With respect to K-S50, the Management Company did not obtain approval from the unitholders of K-S50 for the proposed merger of K-S50 into K-EQD. Accordingly, K-S50 will continue to operate as usual without any changes.
The Management Company will proceed with the fund merger in accordance with the following timeline:

For unitholders participating in the Saving Plan, as well as those who have submitted advance subscription or switch-in orders effective from 11 September 2026, and advance redemption or switch-out orders effective from 14 September 2026, such orders will be automatically cancelled in accordance with the timeline specified in the table above.
