According to Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) requested the second resolutions from unitholders of K Mid Small Cap Equity RMF (K-MSRMF) K Thai Equity CG RMF (K-THAICGRMF) and K STAR Equity RMF (K-STARRMF) regarding the proposed merger of K-MSRMF and K-THAICGRMF into K-STARRMF, with the voting period from June 2 – July 3, 2026. The Management Company completed the vote counting process on July 24, 2026 and hereby announces the resolution results as follows:

Remark: In order for the merger to proceed, both the transferring fund and the receiving fund must obtain approval by a vote of not less than 75% of the total units held by unitholders who have submitted their votes and are eligible to vote.
2. Results of the Unitholder Resolution for K-STARRMF to Change the Fund Name to K-VALUERMF

Summary of the Resolution Results:
The Management Company has obtained approval from the unitholders to proceed with the merger of K-MSRMF and K-THAICGRMF into K-STARRMF, and the termination of K-MSRMF and K-THAICGRMF. In addition, the Management Company has obtained approval from the unitholders of K-STARRMF to change the fund name to K-VALUERMF.
The Management Company will proceed with the fund merger in accordance with the following timeline:

For unitholders participating in the Saving Plan, as well as those who have submitted advance subscription or switch-in orders effective from 21 August 2026, and advance redemption or switch-out orders effective from 24 August 2026, such orders will be automatically cancelled in accordance with the timeline specified in the table above.
