According to Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) requested resolutions from unitholders of K ICT Sector Index Fund (K-ICT) and K SET 50 Index Fund (K-SET50), with the voting period being from March 16 to April 17, 2026. The Management Company completed the vote counting process on April 29, 2026 and hereby announces the resolution results as follows:
1. The resolution request for unitholders of K-ICT regarding the merger into K-SET50:
K-ICT had a total of 11,080,766.4560 issued and outstanding investment units and 4,593 unitholders. A total of 87 unitholders submitted valid voting resolutions, representing 537,474.2126 units, or 4.85% of the total issued and outstanding units of the Fund. As a result, the quorum requirement as prescribed by the relevant regulations was not constituted. The details of the resolution results are as follows:

K-SET50 has a total of 178,240,145.4136 issued and outstanding investment units and 28,958 unitholders. A total of 390 unitholders submitted valid voting resolutions, representing 81,926,010.1952 units, or 45.96% of the total issued and outstanding units of the Fund. As a result, the quorum requirement as prescribed by the relevant regulations was constituted. The details of the resolution results are as follows:

As the Management Company did not receive a resolution of approval from the unitholders of K-ICT to proceed with the merger into K-SET50, both funds will continue to operate independently as before.
