According to Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) requested resolutions from unitholders of the following funds with the voting period scheduled from February 23 – March 25, 2026.
1. K 20 Select Dividend Fund (K-20SELECT)
2.K 70:30 Dividend Fund (K-7030)
3.K Growth Dividend Fund (K-GROWTH)
4.K Thai Equity Fund (K-EQ)
5.K Minimum Volatility Quantitative Fund (K-MV)
6.K Mid Small Cap Fund (K-MS)
7.K SET50 Equity Fund (K-S50)
8.K Thai Equity Dividend Fund (K-EQD)
The Management Company completed the resolution counting on April 9, 2026. Since the Unitholders submitted the Voting form for resolution, in aggregate, less than one-third of the total number of investment units. As a result, the quorum requirement as prescribed by the relevant regulations was not constituted. Therefore, the request is deemed not to have been approved by the unitholders.
Nevertheless, the Management Company is of the opinion that the proposed fund amalgamation would be beneficial to the unitholders. Therefore, it intends to seek the unitholders' approval again. The record date for determining eligible unitholders entitled to vote, as well as the period for the second voting exercise, will be announced to unitholders via the Management Company's website.
