​Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) would like to notify unitholders that the Management Company will seek resolutions from the unitholders of K Flexible Equity Fund (K-FEQ), K Mid Small Cap Equity Fund (K-MIDSMALL), K Equity Fund (K-EQUITY), THE RUANG KHAO 4 FUND (RKF4) and K Valued Stock Fund (K-VALUE) to merge K-FEQ, K-MIDSMALL, K-EQUITY and RKF4 into K-VALUE. Accordingly, the Management Company hereby announces the schedule for obtaining resolutions from the unitholders as follows:​
