According to the request by Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company) for unitholders’ resolutions to merge K Strategic Trading Equity Fund (K-STEQ) into K Select Equity Fund (K-SELECT), and K Mid Small Cap Equity RMF (K-MSRMF) and K Thai Equity CG RMF (K-THAICGRMF) into K STAR Equity RMF (K-STARRMF), with the voting period scheduled from March 16 to April 17, 2026. As the unitholders who submitted the voting forms represented, in aggregate, less than one-third of the total number of investment units. As a result, the quorum requirement as prescribed by the relevant regulations was not constituted. Accordingly, the request is deemed not to have been approved by the unitholders.
Nevertheless, the Management Company is of the opinion that the proposed fund amalgamation would be beneficial to the unitholders. Therefore, it intends to seek a second resolution from unitholders in order to proceed with the fund merger as follows:
