8. K Thai Equity Dividend Fund (K-EQD)
To proceed with the merger of K-20SELECT, K-7030, K-GROWTH, K-EQ, K-MV, K-MS, and K-S50 into K-EQD, the Management Company hereby announces the schedule for obtaining resolutions from the unitholders as follows:
