Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K Lifestyle Fund 2510 (K-2510) would like to notify unitholders that, as of January 9, 2026, the total value of investment units, calculated at the par value of THB 10 per unit, had fallen below THB 50 million and the Management Company therefore intends to dissolve the Fund in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the Fund’ s commitment. The Management Company will suspend the acceptance of subscription and redemption orders for the Fund starting from January 12, 2026 and will proceed with the fund dissolution process as follows:

1. Suspension of subscription and redemption orders from January 9, 2026 onwards.

2. Automatic redemption of all investment units on January 20, 2026. 

3. Payment of redemption proceeds to unitholders on January 21, 2026. Upon completion of the redemption payment, January 21, 2026 shall be deemed the fund’s dissolution date.
