Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K Asia High Yield B Fund Not for Retail Investors (K-AHYB-UI), would like to notify unitholders that, as of April 1, 2026 the total value of investment units of K-AHYB-UI, calculated at the par value of THB 10 per unit, had fallen below THB 500 million and the Management Company therefore intends to dissolve K-AHYB-UI in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the fund's commitment. The Management Company will suspend the acceptance of redemption orders for K-AHYB-UI starting from April 8, 2026, and will proceed with the fund dissolution process as follows:
1. Suspension of Redemption Orders from April 8, 2026 onwards.
2. Automatic redemption all investment units on April 17, 2026.
3. Payment of redemption proceeds to unitholders on April 20, 2026. Upon completion of the redemption payment, April 20, 2026 shall be deemed the fund's dissolution date.
