Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K Alpha-Aggressive Fund Not for Retail Investors (K-ALPHA-AGG-UI) would like to notify unitholders that, as of January 22, 2026, the Management Company has found that, after the allocation of transactions dated January 14, 2026, the number of the Fund’s unitholders has fallen below 35, in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the Fund’ s commitment. The Management Company will suspend the acceptance of subscription and redemption orders for the Fund starting from January 22, 2026 and will proceed with the fund dissolution process as follows:
1. Suspension of subscription and redemption orders from January 22, 2026 onwards.
2. Automatic redemption of all investment units on February 3, 2026.
3. Payment of redemption proceeds to unitholders on February 4, 2026. Upon completion of the redemption payment, February 4, 2026 shall be deemed the fund’s dissolution date.
