Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K European Silver Age Equity Fund (K-EUSAGE) would like to notify unitholders that, as of January 15, 2026, the total value of investment units, calculated at the par value of THB 10 per unit, had fallen below THB 100 million and the Management Company therefore intends to dissolve the Fund in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the Fund’ s commitment. The Management Company will suspend the acceptance of subscription and redemption orders for the Fund starting from January 20, 2026 and will proceed with the fund dissolution process as follows:
1. Suspension of subscription and redemption orders from January 20, 2026 onwards.
2. Automatic redemption of all investment units on January 27, 2026.
3. Payment of redemption proceeds to unitholders on January 28, 2026. Upon completion of the redemption payment, January 28, 2026 shall be deemed the fund’s dissolution date.
