​​Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the Management Company), as the manager of K Minimum Volatility Quantitative Equity Fund (K-MVEQ) would like to notify unitholders that, as of December 1, 2025, the total value of investment units, calculated at the par value of THB 10 per unit, had fallen below THB 50 million and the Management Company therefore intends to dissolve the Fund in accordance with the dissolution conditions specified in the Fund’ s commitment. The Managemen​t Company will suspend the acceptance of subscription and redemption orders for the Fund starting from December 2, 2025 and will proceed with the fund dissolution process as follows:

1.  ​​Suspension of subscription and redemption orders from December 2, 2025 onwards.

2.  Automatic redemption all investment units on December 11, 2025. 

3.  Payment of redemption proceeds to unitholders on December 12, 2025. Upon completion of the redemption payment, December 12, 2025 shall be deemed the fund’s dissolution date.
