Who can apply for this service ?

The customers holding mutual fund accounts of KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. or purchasing any mutual fund from selling agents.

What kinds of fund transactions can be conducted under K-Cyber Invest ?

Buying, selling, switching of investment units, fund account opening and investment plan design.

Can I cancel those transactions ?

Yes, but before the cut off time of respective funds, with the exception of credit card payment transaction.[View details of trading session time]

When will my fund payments be approved ?

After the cut off time of respective funds.

Can I make fund payments with a credit card ?

Yes, but it must be K-Credit Card bearing the name of investment unit holder only. Purchases with K-Credit Card are allowed for LTF and RMF only.

How do I know if the transactions have been successfully processed ?

The K-Cyber Invest system will send an email acknowledging the transactions and confirming investment units to the holders registered with K-Cyber Invest. If you have not received any email from us, please call KAsset Contact Center at Tel 02-6733888

Can I check historical transactions ?

Yes, please select the “Active transactions” menu, then the “Allocated/confirmed transactions” menu. You can view historical transactions of each year at a time only.

What do I have to do if the service has been locked ?

Please call our KAsset Contact Center at Tel 02-6733888, Friday-Monday, 8.30-17.00 hrs or complete the password reset request form and submit it to any KBank Branch.

Can I conduct transactions on K-Cyber Invest when my computer is connected to wifi ?

Yes.

K-My Funds

Who can apply for this service ?

The customers holding mutual fund accounts of KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. or purchasing any mutual fund from selling agents.

What kinds of fund transactions can be conducted under K-My Fund ?

Buying, selling, switching of investment units, fund account opening, investment plan design and alert notification on investment for specific customers.

Can I cancel those transactions ?

Yes, but before the cut off time of respective funds, with the exception of credit card payment transaction.

When will my fund payments be approved ?

After the cut off time of respective funds.

Can I make fund payments with a credit card ?

Yes, but it must be K-Credit Card bearing the name of investment unit holder only. Purchases with K-Credit Card are allowed for LTF and RMF only.

How do I know if the transactions have been successfully processed ?

Once your transactions have been successfully processed, the system will display an e-Slip on your mobile phone or you can check your transactions on the “Waiting to process” menu. The system will also send an email acknowledging the transactions and confirming investment units to the holders registered with K-My Funds.

Can I check historical transactions ?

Not via this application at this time.

What do I have to do if the service has been locked ?

If you enter a wrong PIN more than the specified times, the system will lock the service automatically. Please press the “Forgot PIN” bottom to register the application again.

Can I conduct transactions via the “Mutual fund” menu while my mobile phone is connected to wifi ?

Yes.

K PLUS

Who can apply for this service ?

  • The customers holding deposit accounts of KBank can open a fund account and purchase funds (only LTF and RMF) via K PLUS.
  • The customers holding fund accounts of KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LTD can trade their existing funds, LTF and RMF via K PLUS.

Can I cancel my order after making any transactions via K PLUS ?

No.

When will my fund payments be approved ?

Your fund payments will be approved immediately after your transactions have been processed.

Can I make fund payments with a credit card ?

Yes, but with K-Credit Card recorded in K PLUS only. It must bear the name of investment unit holder and can be used to purchase LTF and RMF only.

How do I know if the transactions have been successfully processed ?

Once your transactions have been successfully processed, the system will display an e-Slip on your mobile phone or you can check your transactions from “Active transactions” in the Mutual fund” menu. Such transactions shall show “Waiting to process” status. The system will also send an email acknowledging transactions to the investment unit holders registered with K PLUS.

Can I check historical transactions ?

Yes, at the “Active transactions” menu, which is in the “Mutual fund” menu. You can view transactions conducted over the past 90 days only.

Can I conduct transactions via the “Mutual fund” menu while my mobile phone is connected to wifi ?
